In the modules for specialization always 2 courses have to be examined jointly in a single examination.

Module Econometric Methods

The module consists of the following courses:

• Methoden der emprischen Wirtschaftsforschung (summer term, in German)
• Zeitreihenanalyse (summer term, in German)
• Microeconometrics (winter term, in English)
• Productivity and Efficiency Analysis (winter term, in English)

Options: The course Methods of Empirical Economics is mandatory in this module. For the courses Time Series Analysis, Microeconometrics and Productivity and Efficiency Analysis 1 out of the 3 has to be chosen.

Module Microdata Analysis

This module is teached completely in English language and comprises the following courses:

• Microeconometrics (winter term, in English)
• Productivity and Efficiency Analysis (winter term, in English)

Remark

The exam of the module “Econometric Methods” and the module or “Microdata Analysis” is only possbile if the course Microeconometrics is not chosen in the module “Econometric Methods”.
